You will have understood, here, we are proud of our territory and we want to share with you our passion for the beautiful regional products. The specialities you will find in our shop are the fruit of our "in-house know-how" and the work of local producers in whom we have complete confidence. They are a fine tribute to our generous land.

As a gift or for yourself, you will have the choice between local beers, lentils, "Couderc" gentian, preserves, infusions, organic pasta from the Cantal, jams and home-made pastries: madeleines, cakes, muffins and of course, the unavoidable "pounti auvergnat", this little soufflé with herbs and prunes which is difficult to forget!
